We had a boss time! The staff were dead sound, really made us feel welcome. Room was clean, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. Just a bit noisy at night. But overall, a proper lovely stay!

Silent and clean place offers perfect breakfast and magnificent location away from the old town square. The rooms are normal double and large with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. City view from the window is pleasant!

Only the fact that it was near by the company I was working to.
All the rest. No adequate cleaning facilities, no room services available (shower gels refill etc).

The trams outside the hotel made getting around easier.
We found an unwanted guest- a small friendly cockroach. The lack of essential items like a kettle set the tone for disappointment, as we had to wait for days to receive basic conveniences. It was distressing, especially considering my wife's allergies to animals, which wasn't communicated prior to our arrival.

It is reasonably priced. The staff are pleasant people from reception to the people in restaurant to the room cleaners.

The staff is really great, very helpfull and kind. They have almost everything at the hotel, tram passes, cigarettes, stamps, and all can be charged at your bill. The price is really good with breakfast and wi-fi internet included. Our room was spacious with a big bed and was the only one with a balcony. There is a mexican restaurant in the hotel and food is fair enough. Access to Prague center is easy by tram 12 or by subway (about 15 min). They also give you a welcome drink and a bottle of water. I recommend it!
There were some spiders in the balcony area.

Friendly staff, everything about reservation was perfect.
The kitchen was literally closed. We couldn't get sth to eat and was only 9.58 pm.

The family room was super comfy, and the staff were really friendly. We loved getting complimentary drinks and the in-room coffee machine was a nice touch. The location is perfect with a tram stop close by to explore the city. 10 Out of 10 for us!
Only complaint was the shower situation, the ceiling was low and water everywhere. Could use more toiletries in the bathroom.

View to the park in front of the hotel was great, the room was new-fashioned and airy. Its location within walking distance of La Fabrika was good.
Well, the area was dull overall.

Good staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, good value for money, great restaurant.
It's nice to have the fitness room, but there is only the walking equipment, which is useless for most tourists which walk enough anyway. I propose adding equipment of other types.

The room was beautifully decorated with a blend of classic and modern styles. It felt clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. A standout for me was the breakfast. It was a fantastic spread with fresh options available every morning. I especially enjoyed the attentive staff who kept everything tidy and well-stocked. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee machine in the room. I faced an issue with the air conditioning. It was locked at 28°C, and adjusting it didn't help. I tried to open the window for fresh air, but the noise from the trams outside made it difficult to sleep. My bathroom could've used more toiletries. I received only one small towel on one of the nights. Every time I asked for assistance, it required multiple requests before receiving what I needed. These small hiccups detracted a bit from the experience, but the overall atmosphere and service kept things enjoyable.

Liked the price performance, location is a little outof the way. but with a tram ticket or day pass it works just fine
The organisation of the Breakfast room/restaurant. The food was fine, but the logistics reminded one a bit of middle europe under the previous management. great improvements would be possible here with a little thought and training.

Staff were very helpful. The room was to a high standard for the price.
All the breakfast buffet was repeated each day. For a longer booking at the hotel alternative arrangements would have to be made. A key point linked to this was the distinct lack of options for vegetarians.
